Why am I so bloated all the time?

 

One of the most common things women come to see me for is bloating.

 

Bloating is the feeling of a swollen belly or abdomen, usually after eating. Some women explain that they ‘feel like they are 6 months pregnant!’

 

In this blog I discuss the many causes of bloating including:

  • Food intolerances
  • Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or SIBO

  • Overeating at the previous meal
