Perimenopause and Menopause
Menopause can be a stressful and overwhelming transition for many women.
Many of the women I work with experience a variety of symptoms, including insomnia, hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, brain fog and low libido.
Did you know that peri-menopause (the time you transition to menopause) can take anywhere from 2 to 12 years?!
Women can start perimenopause at different ages. You may notice signs of progression toward menopause, such as menstrual irregularity, sometime in your 40s. But some women notice changes as early as their mid-30s.
I will take the time to listen and asses your health. I won’t brush you off with ‘it’s just menopause’.
